"undo" does not always restore correct time signature

Seeing this in 3.6.2.
Start with a score whose time signature is specified as "c". Change the signature to cut time, then Undo. The time signature changes to 4/4 rather than back to "c".
This does not happen after changing to any other time signature I've tried, just cut time.

Also, changing cut time to "c" and then Undoing results in the time signature being displayed as 2/2.
