Where are the tempo changes in this imported MIDI file?

I wanted to import a MIDI file into 3.5 but there seems to be hidden tempo changes. I've looked on the forums and Can't see any text that the tempo might be following, and the tempo according to the play panel is static. but it sounds like the tempo is constantly adjusting and I don't know how to fix this. Most MIDI files don't have this issue, but this is not the first MIDI file I've had this issue with. Am I missing something obvious?

In the midi import dialog (bottom of screen), uncheck the "is human performance" (and apply) then i think the tempo changes are gone.
