Help formatting page of exercises

I've almost figured out how to format my page as I like but I have two questions I couldn't find answers to in the forum or the handbook. They all refer to the attached file

1) How do I reduce the vertical distance between the title and the first measure?

2) How do I put a rectangular or circular frame around the Exercise Instructions text between the title and first measure?

P.S. Very impressed with the software after spending time with it.

1] Select the title frame by clicking on a bit of empty space within the frame (i.e. not on the text itself). Use Inspector to reduce bottom gap.
2] Select the instructions text by clicking on the text. Use inspector to select frame - circular or rectangular.
