explode plugin not working

I downloaded and unzipped the explode/ implode plugin files.

I dragged and dropped those plugins into the plugins folder under documents in Musescore folder.

I opened Musescore, and opened plugin manager, and there's no sign of the explode or implode at all there.

So I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
