Drum template bug in Danish localisation

Drum templates using danish word "Åben Hihat" for open hihat simply does not work.
If you change the name to something else ("open hihat"), you have to open the template twice to make it work.

Easy solution: Don't use the Danish drum-names. We're used to the english names anyway.
Better solution: fix the bug
Suggestion: change the default drum template to write open hihat on the same line as the closed hihat - and the snare drum in voice 2 together with the bass drum.
