Assigning shortcuts to the cells in the palette

Hi!

I have suggestion regarding the cells in the palette window.
At the moment, when we right-click on any cell in the palette, and select "properties", a window like one in the attached screenshot will be displayed.
My suggestion is to add a "assign a shortcut" button to this window. In this way, user could add custom shortcuts for the cell he uses very often.
