Hos to edit a single note For instance changing its status from black to white

Depends on what you mean by black and white notes

  • Keys on the piano? If so change the pitches, e.g. by using up and down arrow
  • Quarter notes and shorter vs. half notes and longer? If so change the duration, e.g. by using the number shortcuts for durations
  • Color of the note head? If so use the Inspector to change the color
