TUPLETS/TRIPLETS

Bar 19. I need only three triplets of eight notes. When I started a bar, I press Ctrl + 3, and I got triplets after that I repeat the same procedure and I got something else. And system put that eight notes to rest. Hm?
How to solve this problem.

I don't see a bar 19...
Anyway: you need to always select the triplets total duration before the Ctrl+3, after it'd be one 'degree' smaller
