I have a score where the notes on trebile cleff are one octive higher than the actual pitch.
I have selected the trebile image showing this case. is there anything Musescore has beyond that - e.g the player playing the actual note.
I have musescore 3.6 and windows 10

It's not totally clear what you mean here, but if you are writing for an instrument that actually uses that clef, it should work just fine, both for display and playback. If you are seeing or hearing otherwise, we'd need you to attach your score so we can understand and assist better. Or if you're just looking for the more common octave lines instead of that specialty clef, see the Lines palette.
