Play back

I just downloaded the app and it is not letting me use the play back feature, I have read everything in the support forums and it is not letting me click on a synthesizer, its not letting me use the MIDI feature, factory resetting does not work and using the 32 bit version of the application is not working either, I have no idea how to get the playback feature to work and I need help.
