No playback/sound in musescore 3
I am on version 3.6.2.548021803 and there is no sound when placing or clicking notes. Nor is there an option to listen to it. It is all just greyed out. I have check drivers, windows updates, factory reset of musecore, both 64 and 32 versions of musescore. The I/O is blank, the Synthesizer is not there either. i am on windows 10 (19044.1586) and using an arctis 7 headset (which sound works in) I'm not sure what else to do.

If nothing there helps, then probably some other application on your system is "stealing" you audio device and gaining exclusive use, See https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/how-to-disable-exclusive-… for info on how to disable that. You might then need to reboot, or at least close whatever program is doing this.
