Start centre not visible

I have recently downloaded the app and set up an account but I cannot access the Start Centre or Create New Score Wizard. I have tried the suggestions in the manual.

Thanks for you reply, much appreciated.
I reinstalled from your link and at first same result. Then I noticed a strange icon on my task bar, which turned out to be a pop up window for the very last stage of the install. Once I’d done that all was well.
I’m not the most tech savvy person and often get caught out by the little things.
