Musescore 3 (3.6.2.548021803-x86_64) randomly stopped working...

At startup, I reach this screen on Musescore 3. I'm unable to interact with it at all and it freezes forever.

The only thing that changed was a Windows update and me adding a JIS layout keyboard to my system (for the keychron keyboard I got). Are there any known conflicts with these? I've tried reinstalling Musescore, but whenever it starts up, it looks like this and never loads (even after an hour). Literally a day ago, it was working perfectly fine, but now it appears to be broken on my end.

It's frustrating, but I can't seem to fix this. I've checked a bunch of other forum posts with similar problems (i.e. having multiple monitors, trying to open Musescore from a score, etc.) but nothing seems to fix this.
