It's not clear what you mean here. If you just mean, to fine-tune the spacing, you can use the offset fields in the Inspector (use the "Chord" section to get the noteheads & stems to move together. If you mean, you entered a note on the wrong beat and you wish to move it to a different beat, use cut and paste.
