Then Ctrl+A->Ctrl+R
Seems you probably dragged one of those notes over the the right and MuseScore dutifally added space for it and also made sure other notes aligned with it. To fix that, select one of those notes and go to the Inspector and reset the "leading space" adjustment.
If that's not it, please attach your actual score instead of just a picture. Then we can understand and assist better.
