Changing instrument doesn't change parts
I downloaded a score (https://musescore.com/user/120656/scores/6385971) and opened it with application (Windows).
When I switch instrument (Stave/part properties) the main score is fine, but parts are not switched or only partially changed (i.e. the clef remains and pitch changes).
I'm not sure I'm doing this right, but I think part views should also be updated?
Also if I try exporting it's the same "broken" part that is exported.

I managed to transpose single part also, but still I think it should be automatic?
This is a known issue indeed - see #62416: Changes to staff transposition (and other properties) not reflected in linked parts. It turns out to be more complicated to fix than one might have imagined, but hopefully someday. Meanwhile, best to simply delete and recreate the part if you need to change instruments after the fact.
