Playback Feature

Hello, I was in the middle of listening to the playback of something I wrote. When I paused it in the middle to change a part, it seemed as if the software glitched. When I fixed the areas I wanted, I attempted to utilize the playback feature, but now It sounds completely off, and it's not picking up a great amount of the articulations I've added in. Any chance I can reverse this? Thank you in advance!
