musescore 4 alpha corrupted file?

so i was working on this piece using portamento gliss's on strings and when i went to work on it again today it's not opening on properly musescore4 or musescore3 and nothing is showing up and the file size has become 1 kb, which it wasnt before. bug or something else? anyway to get it back?

It's a perfectly empty MS3(.6.2) file with zero contents at all, there is nothing to recover.
