Problem with Downloading Clarinets Music Sheets.

Hello, I found an error and have been investigating the problem for a while. It is the fact that when I download a clarinet part from a piece it only downloads the first clarinet no matter what clarinet I selected. Other have already experienced this with the clarinet parts and it seems to be with the names. Anyway, I tried downloading in different accounts and softwares such as IOS, Android and Windows and I can never get another clarinet in B flat part that is not the first part.
