Transposing Default

I'm not sure if this is the proper place for this request, but the default for Tools > Transpose > Options is "use double # and b." Can this be flipped so the default is "single # and b only"? Or better still, can we have the option to change this default in preferences?

I understand this is an old request, but it's new coming from me!
