I want a refund but I don't agree
A few days ago, I logged into the software via my mobile phone, but I needed to purchase a membership to enter. After I made the purchase, I found that I had bought the wrong one and wanted a refund. I used Apple Pay. When I tried to get a refund from Apple, it all failed. I asked the staff, and they said they were just a third party. They sent multiple refund applications to the software department but none of them agreed. I haven't used this software. I went for a refund right after purchasing the membership, but now they won't give me a refund

Got to musescore.com, which is where you made the purchase. Nobody here on musescore.org can help you with that.

That's clear enough. The payment method used concerns Apple. If they respond that way, it's their problem, not musescore.com's, and even less so (and especially not) musecore.org's, where, as already stated, we have absolutely no means of intervening in this type of request.
