Musescore. Printing a single melody stave with chords ?
Musescore v3.6 After in porting a midi file can I select and print one stave (Melody) with added chords...To make a lead-sheet.

Sure. If you are saying there are multiple staves now, probably the best is to use File / Parts (see Handbook section on parts) to generate parts for the different instruments, then print the part you want.
If after reading the Handbook section on parts you have further questions just attach your score and describe the problem in more detail, and then we can understand and assist better.
