Hi, instead of cramming all 35 instruments I have on a score into one page so some instruments don't get cut off in the pdf full score, is there any way I can split the score so I can show around half the instruments on each page rather than smushing all of them on each page? Thanks

Not by default that I know of. The closest I can think of now is to make sure you're in-program page is about double the height of your expected printed page. Then add some additional space above the halfway staff (staff/part-properties) to allow for the margins of the resulting pages when it'll be split there.
Export to PDF and then use the printing options of your PDF viewer (or just the system print dialog) to have it print on separate pages
