Time signature of a Transcribed piece
Hi mates i'm trying to create a lead sheet of a midi file and i was able to dump most of the instruments and i only left synthesizer and strings to make my lead sheet from ,i was able also to make key signature, but was able to do time signature but the notes stayed the same ,shouldn't they go from 1 beat to half beat, and so on, that's what i get when i make and change time signature ,thanks any help would be appreciated.

I'm not totally sure what you're asking. but it sounds like you are talking not about changing the time signature (which you can do from the palette) but changing the actual note durations? You can do that by selecting all (Ctrl+A), then cut (Ctrl+X), then either Paste Half Duration or Paste Double Duration (both in the Edit menu).
Also here a full lead sheet of the song .if anybody can correct my previous sheet music, i need to use the midi file as an orchestration to back rhythm to my Yamaha psrs910 and my sheet has a few beats out of wrack ,i would appreciate
