Assuming it supports JACK, then yes, install JACK and set it up according to the documentation. To enable JACK in MuseScore, go to Edit / Preferences / I/O.
Or, if it provides its own MIDI input device, you can select that for MIDI output directly in that same dialog in MuseScore.
