triplet
hello, im having a problem inserting a triplet into my song. i want it to be 3 eighth notes but every time i insert it, it goes to 3 16ths and i cant change it back. any suggestions...
ps... i want it took look like the first pic and the second one is what it is

A triplet in English writing is any group of three. This might be three sentences, three lines of a poem or even three individual words.

In context with a song and here in a MuseScore forume though it pretty clearly is about 3 notes
