Realize Chords on piano: Move bass note of chord to second staff
When realizing chords in a piano part all of the notes are rendered to the upper (treble) staff, including the lowest note (see the first measure in the attached image). Is there a way to either have this bass note appear on the bass staff when rendering, or is there an automated way to "clip" this lowest note for a range of measures (after the chord is rendered) and have it transferred to the bass staff (resulting in the second measure in the attached)?
Thanks -

Right click on the staff with the chords and then choose "Split Staff", selecting your desired split point.

Thanks - just what I was looking for.
Another possibility is to use the Chord Level Selector plugin: https://musescore.org/en/project/chord-level-selector

Thanks!
Split Staff no longer available in Musescore4 - but the behavior of "realize chord symbol" hasn't changed. The bass note is written way down at the bottom of the treble clef. These notes should be on the left hand, bass clef. Any workarounds? Could this be added to an enhancement list?
