auto rest sequence
Just started using Musescore, and got a problem inputting notes. With a time signature of 4/4. In one bar I need a dotted minim, followed by quaver (8th) rest, then a quaver. It automatically places the quaver rest after the quaver note. How can I correct the sequence in this bar?

After entering the dotted minim, select the duration of the rest (quaver) and press 0 (zero - the keyboard shortcut to enter a rest). Then enter the next quaver.

Basically MuseScore works from left to right, just as you read music.
