Guidance on how to use translation tick box when editing the handbook?
When I edit the handbook the following tick box and message is shown
Is there any guidance available on what constitutes a "significant" change?
What happens if that box is ticked? Who, if anyone is notified?
What happens if I don't tick the box at the time I make an edit. Can I go back later and tick it? Does it matter if I don't?

You can check/uncheck the box at any time. Contributors occasionally check via https://musescore.org/en/recent_changes

A significant change is basically everything that is changing/adding content rather than formating, or correcting typos. Well, as that message says: everything that should also get reflected in the translations.
Nobody gets notified, but the page(s) do get marked as being outdated with a big yellow header.
You can tick that box it later.
