It's not supported directly, but the symbols should all be there on the Symbols palette (press "Z" to display, click "Symbols" int he last at left, then check out the various "Medieval and Renaissance" sections). So, you can enter music using standard notation first, then make the notes invisible and attach whatever you like from the Symbol palette to the notes.
