Can you copy and paste time signatures and key signatures?
I'm currently writing a piece that changes between 2 custom key signatures every 2 measures and it's really annoying not being able to just copy and paste them. And also i often write pieces with time signature cycles every few bars.
Is there any option to enable in the preferences or some plugin maybe?

You can't copy-and-paste them in the normal sense (see #165746: Request option to copy system elements with copy/paste (ALL ELEMENTS))
You can duplicate them (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Drag), but I doubt that's any easier than using the palettes.
You can ctrl-click the first element in every other measure and then click the key signature to have it apply to all of those at once.
For Time Signatures, a plugin could be contrived; for Key Signatures I'm less certain.
