Polytempo notation (not playback)

Hello!
I'm writing a piece in which there are sections in which different tempi are used simultaneously, the different tempi realign to the first beat after x number of measures.
I'm not interested in getting the playback of this in musescore, but only the notation. Is there a way to achieve this? Manually moving independent barlines and notes?
