Use OS keyboard inputs instead of requesting keyboard layout at startup

I changed my keyboard layout from qwerty some time ago, and now most keyboard shortcuts no longer work. This would not be an issue if, instead of requesting the user's keyboard layout, Musescore simply used the keyboard inputs that the operating system uses
