Help! Concert Pitch Error

Hi everyone. Sorry if you have messages like this all the time from beginners making the same mistake. I'm transposing a pop song for a bit of fun for 4 clarinets and of course I've done it in concert pitch and now I can't for the life of me bring it to the actual pitch of my clarinet. The dog is howling and I'm getting so frustrated! Does anyone know how I can transpose it easily without doing it note by note?
