Accent and tuplet number move by there self
When I work on a score and add accent or tuplet number move way above the notes and every time I fix it they go back to away above the notes

Hi, the attachment is a picture....looks like you intended to add a video.
In order to understan and assist, we'd need the actual score (not pictures or videos), and precise steps to reproduce the problem.
As it is, my guess is that this is simply MuseScore trying to avoid collisions, and that you might prefer the results if you had one fewer measure on that system so the accents didn't collide.
