Switching between one and two staves for piano
I'm arranging something for my jazz band and I want to write the piano part with only one staff, but also switch to grand staff notation in the same score. Can I switch between one and two staves without permanently removing one in the instrument list?

Create a grand staff, then when you are done entering all the notes in your score, you can hide the empty staves.
