Pushing installation to school computers

We've been working towards getting Musescore onto a couple desktops in a classroom. When I get the tech team in to grant admin privileges when installing we do get Musescore onto the machines, but after logging out and back in, the installation is nowhere to be found. Obviously this poses a problem for the students logging in as well.
What part of the documentation should I be looking for, and what is the general advice for installing to a device that has many network based profiles?

Are they using Windows OS?
Sometimes when installing programs on Windows, I found the question "For all users" or "For the current user". Or something like that. You must choose 'For all users'. Otherwise only the admin can start the program.
