Selection does not select barlines, keys, times
When selecting section, with shift button or via Ctrl+A, barlines (mainly not simple), keys, time signatures are not selected and I cannot copy them from one file to another.
I am using last version for macOS:
macOS 10.16, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548020600, revision: 3224f34
I am editing two mscz files and try to copy from one of them to another

It works if the meter changes and barlines are already in the target file.

I believe, but if I copy dozens of bars with multiple changes in keys and times it is quite nonpractical to add same amount of bars and find the proper place to add correct barline and times and keys.
Is there any other way?

AFAIK the alternative is to just write everything out. So I think it's quicker to add the needed changes first then C+P.
