Overcharged for subscription- how do I recall my money?

I set up an account and was supposed to be charged $39.99 for MuseScore PRO+ subscription for 1 year and received an email stating this was the amount charged however my bank account has been debited $62.06?

Can you please respond with how I can get my money refunded and why I was charged this additional amount.
