Go to the Edit > Instruments (or press "I").
In the right panel select the instrument for which you'd like to add the "Notation" staff. Press "Add linked Staff". The ensure the your staff type is "Standard".

And of course, if you don't need to keep the tab, you could just change it to "standard" and skip a step.
