Newbie question - score settings

• Nov 30, 2022 - 19:40

Just started using MuseScore - Found a score and want to checkout Key - can see the following under Transposition Section (see enclosed);
Ab, f
its probably a stupid question, but why the 2 keys ... Is it in the key of "Ab" (As) and if so, what about the "f"?

F minor is the relative minor of Ab major. A key signature of four flats could indicate either of those keys.

FWIW, the screenshot you show isn't from MuseScore but from the score-sharing website musescore.com. For more info or questions about that website, best to ask over there.
