Notepads not updating from notepads palette
True for both voices 1 and 2 across multiple reloads, scores and instruments (though I have only worked with percussion instruments like concert snare drum, marimba, and crotales).

Noteheads for percussion music are defined by their pitch and configured via the "Edit Drumset" button during note entry. It is by design that you can't change them via the noteheads palette.
