Muse Hub Helper Isn't Working

The Muse Hub helper is showing it is unsuccessful and I have re-downloaded it multiple times and I have followed some suggestions from other forums and it isn't working. When I proceed to enter Muse Hub it just loads forever and doesn't ever change, see screenshot below.

Needing some help to know how to fix this issue if there is a fix, something tells me it is a Muse Hub issue.
