Mouse placement when dragging articulations

When dragging articulations (or dynamics) out onto the score in MS4 there is a gray rectangle that surrounds the articulation. The mouse cursor location relative to the rectangle is the same as where you clicked on the articulation in the palette. This makes it very difficult to see where to properly place the articulation on the score. Could it be made so that the rectangle is always in the same place relative to the mouse cursor? That way it is easier to see when it lines up with the note. Maybe the upper left hand corner of the rectangle?
