Adding measures to score creates bugged parts

I tried to add a couple of measures to the score I had just completed and the parts are... strange. The score looks fine. The parts? Some of the new stuff I added is there, but measures are missing - or perhaps collapsed?
Funny thing is, the playback seems to work fine...
