Sustain pedal too fast for VST3 instruments that support half-pedal

Having an issue with the sustain pedal commands with VST3 piano libraries that support half-pedaling. If you have per-measure sustain, the let-off is too quick for it to register as a full release. On libraries that don't have half-pedaling, this doesn't seem to be an issue.

I don't think it needs too large of an adjustment to work properly. Using Pianoteq (half pedaling) and Bechstein Digital (no half-pedaling).
