The issue is happening in MuseScore 4.0
Some slurs are drawn and shaped in a strange way when adding Chord symbols, as it can be seen in the attached score. At the beginning of measure 3 and 13, the slurs get distorted when adding the chord symbols.
You can refer to the PDF file to see the issue (circled in red), or directly in the MuseScore file.
Of course, for now there is a workaround which is to simply move the handles on the slurs to obtain the desired shape.

I am able to reproduce this. It seems to happen when the slurs are above notes with stems pointed the opposite way they would be normally. Score attached.
Workaround: Disable auto-place for affected slurs.
