Unable to install Muse Hub.

As the title says, I cannot install Muse Hub for whatever reason. The image says "Unable to install the C+ + Framework which is required for Muse Hub, please try again. Check the logs for more information."

It also says, "error 0xC0020036 windows.licensing failed to start ClipSvc. Try again and contact the package publisher if the problem persists."

I am not a tech genius. I need help ASAP because I would like to use Muse Sounds. Do I need audacity installed for Muse Hub to install? What am I missing??
