Custom Palette / Add item from score not working

Hi,
in MS3 I could add items from the score with "command + shift" into my custom palette. This doesn't seem to work any longer. It's not urgent, but would be nice to have this feature back again.

I've got the following release installed: "OS: macOS 12.6, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223472200, revision: 5485621"
