Conductor Count In

Hi MuseScore Help.
** I use Windows 11 on a Surface Pro 8
** I used the count-in feature in version 3 a lot but can't access the Play Panel in either the view menu tab or the F11 key in Version 4. F11 seems to want to display the panel but I can never seem to find it on my screen.
** What am I doing wrong?
